Performer accounts can manage profiles and respond to assigned offers. Booker accounts can create owned openings, monitor bookings, and move the live booking, completion, and payout workflow forward. Performance is free to join during the founding regional launch. Performance charges its first platform fee only after a booking is completed.

This is the first authenticated layer on top of the public marketplace MVP. Urgent Emergency Fill can carry a higher fee later, but the founding launch should not hide basic marketplace access behind subscriptions.
