Use the marketplace as a booking workflow, not as a promise engine.

These are the active operating terms for the founding Performance launch. They describe how the current workflow should be used until a fuller legal document replaces this page.

Marketplace role Performance is a marketplace workflow for publishing openings, managing offers, tracking booking state, and following payout status. It does not guarantee that every opening will be filled or that every performer will be approved for every slot.

Account responsibility Users are responsible for accurate account details, profile information, opening details, rate expectations, and any booking notes submitted through the platform.

Openings must be real

Bookers should post actual paid or clearly defined slots, not vague availability fishing.

Profiles must be accurate

Performers should not misstate category, city, travel range, media ownership, or availability.

Issue review is limited

Admin review exists to resolve workflow holds and content decisions, not to replace all off-platform disputes.

Fees follow product state

Founding launch access is free, and booking-fee language should match the pricing page and live workflow.

Media Uploaded media can be rejected, held, or removed if it fails moderation review or does not belong in the marketplace profile flow.

Bookings Booking state, completion notes, and payout updates depend on the live workflow and the data submitted by the involved accounts.

Launch changes The marketplace can change categories, city focus, product flow, and pricing posture as the founding launch hardens.
